Analysis Paralysis

I am obese from startup content.

I read, plan, theorize, and build.

Then I avoid the only thing that matters: putting it in front of a user.

This will be the last thing I write on startups.

There is only one thing left to do: get feedback.

Build for two days max. Launch. Talk to users. Feed the feedback back into the work.

Run toward the problems I keep avoiding.

  • What does the user hate doing and currently outsource?
  • What ancient human desire can we digitize?

No more startup theory. Build, launch, learn.
